Panira produces analytical reads of companies based on publicly available information (Outside In), on client-supplied internal data (Inside Out), and routes findings to intervention providers through an Interventions Marketplace.
Our reads are analytical products, not professional advice. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your circumstances. We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any equivalent body, and nothing on this site or in our reports should be read as a regulated activity.
When you request a sample read through the capture form, you receive a redacted version of a real report showing the depth, structure, and confidence grading the engine produces. The sample is provided free of charge, one per account, for evaluation purposes.
The sample read is our intellectual property. You may share it within your organisation for the purpose of evaluating our services. You may not publish it, distribute it publicly, or use it to represent your own work.
Full Outside-In reads, Inside-Out engagements, and Interventions Marketplace services are priced in credits and governed by the terms of the engagement agreement between us. These terms of use apply to your use of the site and the sample read. The engagement agreement governs paid work.
The content of the Panira website, including text, design, graphics, the Panira name and logo, and the analytical methodology described on the site, is owned by Panira and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our written permission.
Reports produced for you are licensed for your use under the terms of the engagement agreement. The underlying methodology, analytical frameworks, lens architecture, and classification systems remain our intellectual property in all circumstances.
Our Outside-In reads are produced from publicly available sources. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that every data point is correct, complete, or current. Public sources change, and there may be a delay between a change in the public record and its reflection in a read.
Our reads identify patterns, convergences, and gaps in the public record. They are analytical hypotheses graded for confidence, not statements of fact. Where a finding is classified as "needs validation," it means exactly that: the pattern is present in the data but has not been confirmed by internal sources.
We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of our reads without appropriate professional advice. Our total liability to you in connection with any read or service is limited to the amount you paid for that read or service.

If you share internal data with us for an Inside-Out engagement, you warrant that you have the authority to share it and that doing so does not breach any obligation of confidentiality, data protection law, or any other legal requirement. Our handling of Inside-Out data is governed by the engagement agreement and described on our Security & Trust page.
The Interventions Marketplace connects you with independent providers. Those providers are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of Panira. We introduce the connection and route findings to the provider whose expertise matches the finding. The engagement with the provider is between you and them. We do not guarantee their work, and we are not liable for their services.
We aim to keep the site and platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services if you breach these terms. You may stop using the site at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
